We are a small family farm, dedicated to raising our animals with the utmost care and quality of life. Like many farmers, we work hard so that our animals only have one bad day. Our angus/charlaois cattle and lamb live happy lives on beautiful green pastures in central Kentucky. Finding locally sourced meat shouldn't be a challenge. Knowing who your famers are and how the animals are raised is important. We would love to be your farmers!

More important than any certification is how we treat our animals and our land. We believe in treating every animal humanely and with dignity. We strive to produce our meats with a focus on animal and ecosystem health.

Is your beef Dry Aged?

Yes, we dry age our beef 7-10 days. Dry aging imparts superior flavor and tenderness. It's an extra step, but it is 100% worth it!

Where are you located?

The farm is located in the gorgeous rolling hills of Central Kentucky, near Winchester. Johnny and Dianne work hard each day to care for the herd and keep everyone safe and happy. John and Rachel live and work in West Lafayette, Indiana and commute down to the farm as often as they can.

When will you have meat available for purchase?

Our first round of pasture raised, grain finished, Kentucky beef and lamb will be ready late March. You can subscribe to our email list for first chance at ordering as well as insider discounts!
